Hi Bellas! My name is Fiorella Ayala, licensed esthetician with over 6 years of experience & owner of BellissimaSkin. Before Bellissima there was Esthetics by Fiorella a home-based spa that was born on 2019 during COVID, after being forced to quit my job at a local spa due to the pandemic. After a few years working at home I decided to move into a bigger and new space for me and you bellas. A place where all of you can feel comfortable and comfy. CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. • Deposits are non-refundable. However, if you cancel or reschedule with more than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit can be applied to a future appointment within one week. After this period, the deposit will be forfeited. • Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service total. Your deposit will go toward this fee, and any remaining balance will be charged to the card on file. • No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service total, as we are unable to accommodate your service at that point.
